Fixed multi-drone global plan

Changed the relevant yaml files for global plan so that it'll refer to the environment variable to get the robot number rather than hard coded robot_1. Should work for n robots now.

I've tested it with 2 robots. I'm still unable to get the rviz file to auto-detect the right global_path topic but that's purely visual.
