Adds: - EnvGroupSelector component with i18n - EnvGroup API types and functions - Integration with FloatingPromptInput - useClaudeMessages hook updates Note: Full Settings.tsx EnvGroups management UI pending (kept i18n version of Settings.tsx, EnvGroups management needs manual integration)
