What is the purpose of this pull request?
To change the navigation.json URL.
What problem is this solving?
Previously to update the navigation.json was necessary to create a pull request to the devportal repository and have it merged to the main branch, now it can be done within the dev-portal-content repository.
How should this be manually tested?
Open the preview and check if the sidebar content is displayed.
