This change allows users to define custom commands in the global configuration file (`~/.config/run/config.toml`) or local `run.toml`. These commands can be aliases or full command replacements. Local commands override global commands. Global commands work even if no project is detected in the current directory. Changes: - Modified `src/config.rs` to include `commands` map in `Config` struct. - Modified `src/detectors/mod.rs` to prioritize `custom_commands` in `supports_command`. - Modified `src/main.rs` to inject config-defined commands into the detected runners list.
