Implemented a
renamefunction that uses the 7-Ziprncommand. The logic includes input validation, command building, and testing on applicable archive formats while properly avoiding incompatible ones (like bzip2). I also took the opportunity to address some static analysis deprecation warnings regarding PHP 8.4's implicit nullable types.
