Neuroimaging SLURM scripts

Some neuroimaging slurm scripts and templates that I have generated/accumulated over time

Each directory contains:

1. sample.sh - an example of the SLURM job for the neuroimaging pipeline
2. template.sh - a template that can be used to generate job files
