This PR adds a test case by modifying the existing
test/built-ins/Set/set-no-iterable.js.Specifically, it adds the case where GetIterator(iterable,
sync) called in Set constructor step 7 throws a TypeError in step 3.Specifically in this PR, TypeError is thrown by setting iterable as
{[Symbol.iterator] : undefined}so that method defined in GetIterator step 2.a is undefined.
