IPAnalyzer

• The software IPAnalyzer processes Debye-ring patterns collected by flat panel detectors.
  • Runs on Windows OS with .Net Desktop Runtime 10.0 (not .Net Runtime 10.0), which can be installed from here.

Install

• Access https://github.com/seto77/IPAnalyzer/releases/latest, download IPAnalyzerSetup.msi, and execute it.

  • Rigaku R-Axis IV/V, Fuji BAS2000/2500/FDL, BruckerCCD, ITEX, Rayonix SX, MAR research, Digital micrograph 3/4, Ryonix, Perkin Elmer, RadIcon, ADSC, ....
• Convert diffraction image to 2theta-intensity profile.
• Calibration of optics using diffraction images of standard material.
