Backporting the following commits to v/25.2:

• v25.2.x release of Redpanda Operator (v25.2.x release of Redpanda Operator #1271)
• auto-docs: Update K8s acceptance tests (auto-docs: Update K8s acceptance tests #1471)
• Fix Helm chart paths (Fix Helm chart paths #1500)
• auto-docs: Update CRD reference doc for release (auto-docs: Update CRD reference doc for release #1501)

These updates include:

• CRD reference documentation updates
• Helm chart path fixes for the GitHub workflow
• K8s acceptance test updates
• v25.2.x release documentation
