This pull request includes updates to the documentation for
rpk cluster quotas alterandrpk group describecommands to clarify usage and add new options.A separate cloud-docs PR redpanda-data/cloud-docs#258 has been opened to add
rpk security secret, which was released alongside this version.Documentation updates:
modules/reference/pages/rpk/rpk-cluster/rpk-cluster-quotas-alter.adoc: Updated the description for the--dryflag to indicate that it performs a dry run, showing what would be done without executing the command.modules/reference/pages/rpk/rpk-group/rpk-group-describe.adoc: Added a new flag-i, --instance-IDto include each group member's instance ID in the output.Resolves https://redpandadata.atlassian.net/browse/
