Unintended removal of dev flag from fsevents
Low Severity
The "dev": true flag was removed from node_modules/fsevents in the lockfile, even though this PR only intends to bump defu. This causes fsevents to no longer be treated as a dev-only dependency, meaning it could be installed in production environments on macOS (where it was previously skipped with --omit=dev). This is unrelated to the defu bump and appears to be a lockfile regeneration artifact.
