For WAMP users:
- Extract the files to c:\wamp\www
- Click on WAMP Icon -> Go to "Apache" -> Apache modules -> enable "rewrite_module"
- Click on WAMP Icon -> Got to "PHP" -> "PHP Settings" -> enable "short open tag"
- Click on WAMP icon -> Go to "Apache" -> Service -> Restart

This project will be available at http://localhost when set up correctly.

You will also need to set up the cs_extras database used in this project. The
SQL script for this is located in the root directory of the project files.
