This PR adds a script to help users making datasets from ShapeNet that aren't chair, motorbike or car. It looks at a synset and generates randomized train, test and val files.
Note: Running this data will still require some modifications to the train_3d.py script since it is hardcoded with modes for only the datasets in the paper, but that is pretty simple once the dataset has been prepared. Can be considered in a future PR.
