This PR enhances the GP cloud migration with the following enhancements and fixes.

GP Migration

  • Migrate Allocation Accounts (AB#579007)
  • Better handling of multiple email addresses for Vendors and Customers (AB#624471)
  • Add a pre-migration step to increase the CONT number series from a max of 100,000 contacts to 9,999,999. Migrations with more than 100,000 customers would fail when the contact count exceeded 100,000

GP Historical Snapshot

  • Migrate originating payroll specific record information. This has configuration to opt-in, and a special permissionset to only allow certain users to view the payroll details (AB#624473)
  • Filter fix for distribution navigation
