hello, I see you are having the most updated code and shipping the most of the relevant patches regarding easystroke in your fork. Thanks for that !
Shall we put the remaining ones here, too? Would be great to have an maintainance repository of easystroke ;-)

I tried to collect the patches which are floating around here for now. As of which to apply, I tried to be conservative, and made a preliminary manitenance update, see https://github.com/thjaeger/easystroke/wiki/BuildInstructions
