Built a membership program from concept to live product. Tier architecture, campaign strategy, in-platform experience, and premium event logistics — all of it, end to end. Designed to increase platform stickiness among allocators in an industry where relationships are the product.
Sole PMM for a 17-product launch across 15+ teams and 4 external suppliers. 5M+ reach, 300+ pieces of media coverage in under 30 days. Built the launch playbook, coordinated international communications infrastructure, and managed mid-campaign optimization in real time.
300+ REST API endpoints documented. 2K+ guides. 35K+ monthly developers. Didn't just write the docs — our team built the portal and set the standards that made VTEX's developer experience competitive with the best in the industry.
