Updated the regex pattern in the Renovate configuration to match Rust crates with the prefix temporalio instead of temporal. This change ensures that the Renovate bot correctly groups Temporal-related Rust dependencies under the "Temporal Rust crates" group.

🤖 Augment PR Summary

Summary: Updates the Renovate Cargo grouping regex to match Rust crates prefixed with temporalio (instead of temporal) for the “Temporal Rust crates” group.
Why: Ensures Renovate groups only Temporal’s intended Rust dependencies under this group and avoids over-matching unrelated temporal* crates.
