Simple integration test for GitHub.ShowGitHubPane command that will execute on Visual Studio 2015 and 2017.
VsixTesting will install the .vsix from the same directory as the test assembly. Copy test assembly to build directory to allow this to happen.
The CI build was failing when I used PackageReference in the project. This should be fixed in a separate PR.
Problems quickly switching between solutions.
