Update supported Python versions. Pull min required Python version to 3.11 and remove dependency to asyncio_timeout as the functionality is available in core python asyncio since 3.11
Add support for yate clients to handle the situation that yate has closed the connection to us. Make callgen script make use of this and terminate upon yate connection closing.
