Build instructions

1. Clone theos from https://github.com/DHowett/theos
2. Clone CaptainHook from https://github.com/rpetrich/CaptainHook
3. Copy CaptainHook's installation into theos's include/ directory
4. Export a THEOS environment variable pointing to theos's installation directory
5. After that, refer to theos's documentation for builds and packaging.
6. (optional) Adding a DEBUG=1 to make should add logging statements.
