in this RP we change upgrade the tailwindcss version to the newest version witch are 3.0.13
as a result of the changes in the color naming in tailwindcss version 3 we have to update some color name to there new name , and add custom class for outline-black and outline- white as it is recommended, and we have added two more custom class to change the flex-grow-0 to grow-0 and flex-shrink.

I had a project that we use notus js, it was pain to upgrade to version 3 every time if we use it so I upgraded it to version 3.0.13, so every on can use it.
i can change any part of it if it was needed to be a part of the main repository.
