Adds a new OS04C10 kernel sensor driver patch, adds QCOM CCI combined write-read support used by the sensor, wires comma mici camera DTS nodes to OS04C10 with explicit VANA GPIO and direct AVDD from vreg_bob, and enables OS04C10 as a loadable module in vamos config.
