This PR Includes

a) automation test cases for the edit link type of attcahments

1. Edit an existing link with valid URL
2. Edit link with unsupported/invalid URL format
3. Edit link with empty URL
4. Edit a link without SDM role
5. Discard draft edited Link

b) Updated error message when attempting to edit a link without the SDM role.

c) MIME type validation with an appropriate error message.
