Fix plural titles and typo on About page

Fixes role titles on the About page to use plural forms when multiple members are listed, and corrects a typo in the frontmatter.

Changes:

• Head Problem Writer → Head Problem Writers (2 members)
• Puzzle Test Organizer → Puzzle Test Organizers (4 members)
• Team Test Organizer → Team Test Organizers (3 members)
• alises → aliases (frontmatter typo)

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify the aliases fix: the old key alises was likely silently ignored by Zola, so /about-bmt may not have been redirecting before. Confirm the redirect now works as expected after this fix.
• Confirm the pluralized titles match what the org actually wants displayed on the site.
