Add a flag-by-flag table with defaults from bera-reth node --help, minimal and full launch examples, and a field guide for auditing crowded hand-rolled launch lines. Cross-link to EVM Execution for version pinning and Monitoring for metrics setup. Protect tables from Prettier with prettier-ignore pragmas.
