Existing icons for light mode are moved from buttons to icons_light.
New icons for dark mode in stored in icons_dark.
Icons are loaded via configure_style for light or dark mode.
Changed the old icon names to new name ::icon:: e.q. tb_BD_Flip to ::icon::tb_BD_Flip in all references.
The icons in main board, engine window, toolbar, analysis window and others dialogs now much better readable.
