NanimonaiMura）のダイスボットを追加しました。判定の算出をサポートしたのみで、表などの実装は行っていません。
コマンド
xNMyx個のD10を振り、2つの出目から達成値を作成し、成功度が高くなる組み合わせを算出。
出力は、達成値、成功レベル、成功度の３項目
