Update workerd runtime to 1.20260409.1 with new DurableObject facets, ColoLocalActorNamespace, connect handler, and expanded type definitions.
Update model data across 20 providers including alibaba, anthropic, azure, baseten, cloudflare, cohere, fireworks, huggingface, nvidia, ollama, opencode, openrouter, perplexity, qwen, together, vercel, vertex, and zai.
