This is a split video tools,that i use to split videos and upload to Youtube

Example:
  $./VideoSplit.py video-1.mpg video-2.mpg video-??.mpg .....etc

Output:
  Input_FileName_0[id].mpg

Note:
    Youtube's default video length is 15min, so i set the length 14 min
