🎯 What: The code retrieval endpoints were missing rate limiting logic.
🛡️ Solution: Updated src/api/routes/code.py to include Depends(enforce_rate_limit) in the dependencies list of the Code router, just like memory routes. This ensures all routes under /v1/code/* adhere to the environment rate limit settings.
