[PLAT-7766] Batch deletion support + update to latest spec

Summary

Updates to the latest spec to pull in support for batch deletions. As this changes the type of the data for a batch request, causing potentially breaking type changes (see changes to the scenes helper here).

This PR also includes a handful of other updates, such as scene-view expiry and scene-item sorting.

Test Plan

• Verify batch deletions can be performed through the client
• Verify scene-views can be created with an expiry through the client
• Verify scene-items can be listed with a sort through the client
