nit: it could be useful to specify when to use 'we' vs. passive voice
e.g. 'we couldn't save your changes' vs. 'your changes couldn't be saved'

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll share it with Heather, who manages this Skill. She’s been dealing with some GitHub issues and had asked me to add this section in as a starter.
