add loop timers and checking for slow loops in Execute run all read queries then all write queries, only one Multicast query per loop. Poor man's message prioritising as read/writes have a timeout and some multicast (monitoring) queries were taking very long (several seconds) to execute. change some verbositiies.
… not returning error code as it throws exception instead
add mutex locking to zmq sockets in MMUtilities::ConnectToEndpoints extend Postgres class to allow users to pass in a pqxx::connection, while also retaining one member one. This is needed if using multiple threads as each needs their own connection. add topic to Query class, as it now gets forwarded to worker threads that do SQL query interpretation
