I would remove the above sample - there's no need for both. Or at the very least, put the preferred way (Api.makeProxy) first.

Given we now have Metapackages which allow us to write even more succinctly - we should also make reference to them wherever we can in the SAFE stack docs.
makeProxyis a good example of such case
