修正monorepo中@embeddedchat/api版本不一致问题

我发现并修复了monorepo中@embeddedchat/api版本不匹配的问题。在本地package.json中，该包的版本被标记为0.1.2，而npm上显示的是0.1.3。这导致在使用yarn web时，react-native项目无法识别本地工作区的包，从而尝试从npm中获取，引发了错误。我已经更新了package.json中的版本号，使其与npm上的版本一致。经过测试，这个修改已经解决了问题。非常感谢这个项目的维护，希望我的贡献能有所帮助🙏👍
