Good catch on the basic parts, re: the DRC issues it should be relatively simple to just nudge the traces out of the clearance area. |

Change R35 on Main and Jr boards from C163460 (JLCPCB extended part) to C23204 (JLCPCB basic part).
Had to change footprint from Resistor_SMD:R_0402_1005Metric to Resistor_SMD:R_0603_1608Metric, and adjust layout because it is slightly larger and introduced courtyard overlaps on the Main board.
No ERC regressions. 4 new DRC errors unrelated to this resistor change, caused by a new check on J1 NPTH-to-inner-layer clearance.
