What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Description:
Update links to no longer go to MkDocs but ProperDocs.
I left the direct website link in the header unchanged, as it would otherwise require changing "MkDocs projects and plugins" to "ProperDocs projects and plugins" which may be misleading.
