v0.3 - approximation to latest desktop Studio

• File -> Open (upload) mymodel.xml is working (upload any Studio-friendly .xml and will be renamed mymodel.xml).
• File -> Download -> (various files) is working, but disabled until a simulation has completed.
• Rules tab has Import myrules.csv - allows uploading any .csv file with rules (gets renamed to myrules.csv).
  ** NOTE: if there is an "error", beware of the popup dialog that you need to click "OK" before you can continue
• the executable model is from the template sample (project executable), therefore any model you upload will need to define the number_of_cells in the User Params tab
