Logic simulation basics

This PR aims to implement the bases of programmatic linking and simulation of logic blocks.
Goals of this PR:

• create reasonable abstraction of logic blocks
• create links do dynamically connect inputs and outputs
• implement hierarchical output calculation when computing the output state of a block hierarchy

This is a draft, more goals will be added along the way
