Some stuff are not translated or partially translated (very small amount of entries) because it simply would not reflect to the meaning and is not recognizable thing.

It would be a lot of work to transfer all these language changes to weblate, so it is fine by me to merge this PR. To avoid conflicts we (I) need to push updates from weblate first, then merge the weblate PR, and finally merge this PR.

I am exactly 10% (now almost 50%) done on weblate, it's no problem
I also translated the NMC link bot (in its repo in the PR with other improvements), I planned porting those there also and changing PR to remove translations so you will merge without them.

Either way It's ok, just let me know if I should continue putting on weblate.

I have added all translations for all core modules aswell as for the mc plugin and link bot on translation website

I would like to mention that I see that in (especially Core module), there are some missing entries on translation website - are they even added? Asking this because if we now merge from weblate, it might have some entries missing. There are also some entries which are present on weblate but not in files.

TL;DR
I am unsure of next: are new entries being added to weblate NMC translate website? And all of them will be found in next release automatically? I ensured that all I added in this PR is congruent with current en_UK translation entries.
