I spent 10+ years in B2B (marketing, sales, Dynamics 365 consultancy) before building a full SaaS platform from scratch as CTO of Growf AI. Now I help B2B companies figure out where AI actually fits in their business, and then build it with them.

• ⌨️ Ownkey - Own your input. Privacy-first Android keyboard with speech-to-text on phone and watch, powered by model Mistral Voxtral. Bring your own API key (custom endpoint is optional). No monitoring of private content.
• 📐 Delano - Handbook-first project management framework for coding agents. Gives Claude Code, Codex, and others a shared delivery structure with skill packs and agent adapters.
• 🎙️ Seshlog - Desktop app that records meetings, transcribes them, and saves everything back into your Obsidian vault. Tauri + Next.js.
• 🎯 Kibo Tasks - Kanban board plugin for Obsidian. Drag tasks between columns and it updates the markdown directly. Works with the Tasks plugin.
• 🏗️ TalentMatcher - When a recruiter rejects a candidate, this system finds them better-fitting open positions. Uses Gemini for CV parsing, pgvector for matching, LangGraph for orchestration.

I work with B2B companies on AI strategy (what to build and why), implementation (actually building it), and enablement (workshops, use case development, getting teams up to speed).

Co-founded Growf AI in 2023 and built the whole platform as CTO. Before that I ran Custonext, a growth marketing consultancy for Tech & IT companies. Started out at CTB doing consulting, online marketing, and Dynamics 365 work.
