OWL implementation of IGSN core metadata

This is an OWL/RDF interpretation of the IGSN Core Metadata schema, using classes and predicates from existing RDF vocabularies where suitable.

I based the model primarily on https://github.com/IGSN/metadata/blob/master/description/igsn-top-desc-14122016.png though this does not appear to be fully synchronized with https://github.com/IGSN/metadata/blob/master/description/resource.xsd

Comments copied from https://github.com/IGSN/metadata/blob/master/description/resource.xsd are embedded in the schema. Basic documentation is provided in the Markdown document.

A SHACL implementation would be a good idea too, but my SHACL isn't very good yet.

Its a rather simple interpretation of the model, with minimal alignment with some key SOSA classes as shown in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/IGSN/metadata/rdf-metadata/description/images/IGSN-Resource-description.png

Took me a couple of hours all up. Could be refined. Could also be aligned to Schema.org instead. This mapping table from SOSA-->SDO would help.
