Community-driven project for benchmarking analysis workflows for RNA modifications across Illumina, Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT), and mass spectrometry platforms. Our overarching goal is to advance RNA science in a way that impacts human health, food security, and biomanufacturing by providing transparent, reproducible, and well-documented analysis pipelines for RNA modification data.
Mission and Scope
- Provide a centralized home for analysis scripts, workflows, and documentation for RNA modification benchmarking.
- Cover Illumina, ONT, and mass spectrometry–based assays, from raw data to processed, benchmark-ready outputs.
- Enable reproducible, cross-lab and cross-platform comparisons of RNA modifications at nucleotide resolution where possible.
