I design and deploy compliance-aware decentralized systems β€” using regulated mental healthcare as a proving ground for architectures that scale across complex domains. As founder of Future Systems Lab, I move from concept to production: on-chain deployments, FHIR-aligned consent flows, and governance-aware infrastructure built to HIPAA standards from day one.

My background spans naturopathic psychology and blockchain product architecture β€” I think in systems, across disciplines, at the intersection of governance and user experience.

Five Ethereum smart contracts deployed and verified on Sepolia. Every FSL system is in production.

Establish a systems benchmark where data sovereignty, verifiable consent, and governance-aware infrastructure are proven under maximum regulatory and operational pressure β€” producing architectures that are interoperable by design and transferable across industries, markets, and jurisdictions.

Healthcare and behavioral health combine strict regulation, ethical risk, fragmented data, interoperability failures, and human-in-the-loop decision making β€” with real consequences when systems fail.

FSL uses these conditions deliberately as a stress test. Methods validated here are intended to generalize to less constrained domains: enterprise platforms, finance, supply chain, public sector, and global digital ecosystems.

Blockchain is treated as infrastructure for governance and verification, not ideology β€” used pragmatically to address trust, auditability, and coordination.

Privacy-first health data platform with DID-based consent workflows, FHIR/HL7 interoperability, and patient-controlled data architecture. HIPAA-aligned from the contract layer up.

Standalone blockchain governance layer for insurance claims lifecycle management. Full PostgreSQL schema spanning eligibility, authorization, audit logs, and compliance. SMS approval-gated automation with approve/deny/defer logic. Deployable independently of any single platform.
