Hmm, the issue is that our AWS zen5 VM is identified as a zen4 with archspec.

We can manually override by setting cpu_architecture=zen3, see https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks/blob/develop/easybuild/easyblocks/b/blis.py#L47.

When the updated hooks file is ingested/merged (EESSI/software-layer-scripts#166), we should be able to build BLIS with the original settings, i.e. in the same way as how it was done for e.g. zen2, so I've copied that from c14736f#diff-37a1ccf40a73a94027ab70b7df4248e9ff45fc3d8a603ff78810222116dae44a.
