Create Mastery CLI

We've created the Create Mastery CLI, a tool made for enhancing the DX

You can install it thru npm:

npm install -g tsx # the CLI is made with typescript, so tsx is required

npm install -g @create-mastery/cli # install the actual CLI

If you haven't cloned the repo you can't do anything, clone the repo with:

cm clone path/to/destination
