- update CSS@7.1.9 and mashlib@2.1.3
- expand static asset folder mashlib/dist/

Note: mashlib 2.1.x introduced a change to the WebID profile data model (SolidOS/profile-pane#203), which may require data migration for existing deployments. |

Was resolved with mashlib 2.1.3 that depends on profile-pane 3.1.2 which merged the related patches SolidOS/profile-pane#199 |
