jQuery support

Either through an adapter (which is the likely solution), or just a jquery port. I'd be thrilled to build this, but I just want to make sure that it'll get integrated back into Tangle for the next release (0.2.0?). If you would support an adapter, let me know so I can build it in. Otherwise I'm just using my own jQuery port of TangleKit.

Looks like I deleted my port when I decided to no longer use Tangle. Sorry! I think it didn't take very long to convert.
