Describe the solution you would like

In the current version of the browser, there is a pinned icon for managing, selecting, and editing the extension settings. This icon cannot be disabled and appears next to other icons which extensions pin to the address bar. Along with the icon for managing tabs, any extensions that pin themselves to the taskbar and the triple dot menu access button, it becomes very crowded. I believe there should be an option to disable the appearance of the extension icon. And if people want to manage extensions, they would still be able to do so in the general settings. I think this would be overall very beneficial for saving screen real estate and making the browser more intuitive.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Moving extension option settings to the general settings menu.
