AWS-SDK EOL #227
Description
The current solution has an aws-sdk dependency of ^2.1109.0. This dependency hit end of support on September 8, 2025. There's several AWS posts about how to upgrade to the SDK 3.x. I assume this is probably a large amount of work for the repo, but I didn't see any Issues about it, so I thought I'd make one.
